Version 1.0 · Effective October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Telure Inc. ("Telure," "we," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information, and the rights you have over it. It applies to telu.re, the Seller application, the Dialer, the Company portal, and Telure's other services (the "Platform"), and to the people whose information we process:
- Visitors to telu.re and applicants to a waitlist;
- Sellers, the independent sales callers who book meetings through the Platform;
- Company Users, the people who act for businesses that post Contracts; and
- Prospects, the people at businesses whom Sellers call.
If you received a call and want to know why, what we hold about you, or how to stop further calls, go to Section 6.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you give us
Visitors and applicants. Name, email address, company, role, and anything you write in a form or message to us.
Sellers. Name, email address, telephone number, residential address, date of birth, and account credentials. Through our payment and identity provider, Stripe, and not to Telure directly: taxpayer identification number, bank account details, government-issued identification, and a selfie for identity verification (see Section 1.4). When background screening is in effect, the information our screening provider requires. Seller Notes and other content you enter in the Dialer. Your messages to our support team.
Company Users. Name, email address, telephone number, role, and account credentials. Business name, address, and registration details. Payment method, through Stripe and not to Telure directly. Company Materials, Company Guardrails, Suppression Lists, calendar availability, and dispute submissions. Your messages to our support team.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use the Platform we collect device and browser type, IP address, operating system, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and error logs. In the Dialer we collect the route data of every call (number dialed, time, duration, answering-machine detection result, outcome) and Dialer usage events, and we write the Compliance Log described in the Calling Compliance Policy.
We use only first-party cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Platform, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your settings. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on telu.re or in the Platform. No Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or similar pixel is present.
1.3 Information we collect from other sources
Prospects. We build lists of business contacts for each Contract from three kinds of sources: (a) public sources, such as company websites, press releases, professional directories, and government registries; (b) licensed business-contact data vendors, such as Apollo; and (c) our own research tools, which gather publicly available business information. The information we collect is business information: your name, job title, employer, business telephone number, business email address, business address, and industry. We do not collect information about you in a personal capacity, and we do not build lists from consumer records.
Sellers. Identity verification results from Stripe (pass or fail, and the last four digits of identifiers, but not the underlying documents); and, when background screening is in effect, screening results from our screening provider.
Company Users and Companies. Business registration and verification information from public registries and from Stripe.
1.4 Information we deliberately do not receive
Stripe collects and stores Sellers' full taxpayer identification numbers, bank account numbers, identification documents, and selfie images, and Company payment card and bank account numbers. Telure receives verification results, tokens, and the last four digits, and does not store the underlying numbers or images. Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy governs its handling of that information.
1.5 Call audio, transcripts, and summaries
Whether we capture the content of a call depends on the states involved. As the Call Recording Consent and Disclosure explains, the Dialer records, transcribes, and summarizes a call only when both the Seller's state of residence and the state assigned to the number dialed permit recording with one participant's consent, which the Seller has given. When either is a state that requires every participant's consent, the Dialer captures no audio, no transcript, and no automated analysis of the conversation, and keeps only the route data and the Seller's own written note. On every call, the Dialer analyzes the first seconds after answer solely to determine whether a person or a machine answered, and discards that audio.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Operate the marketplace: create and manage accounts; admit Sellers and Companies; build Lists; release Contracts; place calls through the Dialer; send calendar invitations; verify Bookings; charge Companies and pay Sellers; decide disputes; and calculate Seller Ratings and Contract Ratings.
- Comply with law: screen numbers against do-not-call registries and suppression lists; enforce calling windows, attempt limits, and jurisdiction rules; apply recording rules; keep the Compliance Log; verify identity; collect tax information and file information returns; and respond to legal process and regulatory inquiries.
- Keep the Platform safe: detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; enforce the Platform Terms; and review accounts.
- Improve the Platform: understand how the Platform is used; fix problems; and train and improve Telure's own models and features, as described in Section 5.
- Communicate: send transactional messages, legal notices, support responses, and, where you have not opted out, product updates.
We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you by solely automated means without human review. Seller Ratings are calculated automatically from outcomes, and every deactivation decision is made by a person.
3. How We Share Information
With Companies. When a Prospect agrees on a call to a meeting with a Company, we deliver to that Company the Prospect's name, title, business, business telephone number, and business email address; the Booking details; the Seller's note; and, only where the call was recorded under Section 1.5, the audio, transcript, and summary. We make this disclosure at the Prospect's direction, for the meeting the Prospect agreed to attend. We do not disclose to a Company the identity of, or any information about, a Prospect who did not agree to a Booking; Companies receive only aggregate counts of dials, connects, and bookings for those calls. Companies see Sellers' names and Seller Notes and, for recorded calls, hear Sellers' voices. Companies do not see Seller Ratings.
With Sellers. Sellers see the business information of Prospects on the List for a Contract while working it, the Company's name, materials, and guardrails, and the Contract Price and their own payout. Sellers do not see Company ratings or Contract Ratings, and cannot export Lists.
With service providers. We share information with providers that process it on our behalf under written terms that restrict them to our instructions and prohibit them from using it for their own purposes, including training their own models. They currently include: Twilio (telephony, number lookup, answering-machine detection); Deepgram (speech-to-text); providers of AI models used to assist Sellers during calls and to summarize recorded calls; Supabase and our cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, storage); Google Workspace and Mailgun (calendar invitations and email); Vercel (website hosting); Stripe (payments, identity verification, tax reporting); and, when background screening is in effect, our screening provider.
With data vendors. We do not share your information with the data vendors from whom we license business-contact information, except to the extent a vendor's terms require us to report that a record was used or to correct an inaccurate record.
For legal reasons. We disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to respond to a regulator, carrier, or law enforcement request; to enforce the Platform Terms; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Telure, its users, Prospects, or the public.
In a corporate transaction. If Telure converts to a different entity form, merges, is acquired, or sells assets, information may be transferred to the successor, which will be bound by this Policy until it is changed under Section 11.
With your direction. We share information when you ask us to or when you direct it, for example by connecting your calendar.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the preceding twelve months.
4. Prospects: Why You Were Called and What You Can Do
4.1 Why. A Company posted a Contract on Telure describing the businesses and roles it wants to meet. Telure built a list of business contacts matching that description from the sources in Section 1.3, and an independent Seller called you on the Company's behalf to ask whether you would take a meeting. The Seller identified the Company, not Telure, because the call was made for the Company.
4.2 What we hold about you. Your name, job title, employer, business telephone number, business email address, business address, and industry; the route data of each call to your number; whether you booked a meeting; and, if you booked and the call was recorded under Section 1.5, the audio, transcript, and summary of that call. If you did not book, we hold no recording, transcript, or note of the call and no Company has been told who you are.
4.3 What a Company received. If you agreed to a meeting, the Company received the information in Section 3, "With Companies." If you did not, it received nothing that identifies you.
4.4 Stopping calls. Tell the Seller, call the number shown on your caller identification, or write to donotcall@telure.co. Your request applies to every Company on the Platform and does not expire.
4.5 Deleting your information. Write to privacy@telure.co. We will delete the business-contact record we hold for you and add your number to our do-not-call list so we do not rebuild it. We retain the route data and do-not-call entry in the Compliance Log as the law requires, and any recording needed for a pending dispute or legal proceeding until it is resolved.
4.6 Your rights. Section 8 describes the rights available under state privacy law and how to exercise them.
5. AI and Training
5.1 During calls. On a recorded call, the Dialer streams the transcript to AI models that surface information and adapt the materials shown to the Seller. On a call that is not recorded, adaptation uses only route data and the outcomes of prior calls.
5.2 Telure's own models. We use the audio, transcripts, and summaries of recorded calls, Seller Notes, and the materials shown during calls to train and improve Telure's own models and features. We do not share these materials with any third party for that third party's training, and our service providers may not use them to train their own models. A Company may opt out of the use of its materials and of calls under its Contracts for training in its portal.
5.3 No AI on the line. No AI system speaks to a Prospect. Every connected call is handled by a live Seller.
6. Retention
| Information | Retained |
|---|---|
| Account information (Sellers, Company Users) | For the life of the account and 3 years after closure, except as required longer by tax and financial law |
| Compliance Log and route data | At least 4 years after the call |
| Do-not-call entries | Indefinitely |
| Prospect business-contact records | Until 12 months after the last Contract for which the record was used ends, or until a deletion request, whichever is earlier |
| Call audio | Until 30 days after the later of the end of the Contract and the close of the Dispute Window of the last Booking under it, then deleted |
| Transcripts, summaries, Seller Notes | Same schedule as audio; retained thereafter only for training under Section 5.2 (unless the Company opted out) or for a pending dispute or proceeding |
| Company Materials | Until 30 days after the Company's last Contract ends or on request, subject to Section 5.2 |
| Payment and payout records | 7 years, for tax and financial reporting |
| Identity verification and tax documents | Held by Stripe under its retention policy; Telure holds only results and last-four digits |
| Support communications | 3 years |
| Website logs | 12 months |
7. Security
We protect personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, access logging for Call Records, and an append-only Compliance Log. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you and any regulator as the law requires. Report a suspected security problem to security@telure.co.
8. Your Rights and Choices
8.1 Rights available to everyone
You may ask us to: tell you whether we hold personal information about you and provide a copy; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; provide your information in a portable format; and, if we ever sold or shared personal information, opt out (we do not). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
8.2 How to exercise them
Write to privacy@telure.co, or use the privacy request form at telu.re/privacy-request. Tell us which right you are exercising and, if you are a Prospect, the telephone number that was called. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days with notice. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide with what we hold, and for Sellers and Company Users, through your account. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization; we may also ask you to confirm the request directly. If we deny a request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our response within 60 days. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days.
8.3 California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights in Section 8.1, together with the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information and the right to know the categories of information we collect, the sources, the purposes, and the recipients. The information below supplements the rest of this Policy.
Categories of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months, sources, purposes, and recipients.
| Category | Collected from | Purposes | Disclosed for a business purpose to |
|---|---|---|---|

| Sensitive personal information (Social Security or taxpayer number, government identification, biometric identifiers from identity verification, bank or card numbers) | You, through Stripe | Identity verification, payments, tax reporting; not used to infer characteristics | Stripe; tax authorities as required |
Sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted by California law: to verify identity, process payments, file information returns, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you, and there is no use to limit.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and have not in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16. Because we do not sell or share, we do not offer an opt-out link; we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out, which has no further effect since no sale or sharing occurs.
Disclosure to Companies. When a Prospect agrees to a meeting with a Company, we disclose the Prospect's business contact information to that Company at the Prospect's direction, for the meeting the Prospect chose to attend. We do not disclose information about any Prospect to any Company otherwise.
Retention. Section 6 states the retention period for each category.
Financial incentives. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
8.4 Residents of other states
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and any other state with a comprehensive privacy law have the rights in Section 8.1 to the extent that law provides, and the right to appeal a denial under Section 8.2. Most of those laws do not apply to information about individuals acting in a business capacity, which is the only information we hold about Prospects; we honor requests from Prospects in every state regardless.
8.5 Choices
You may opt out of non-transactional email using the link in any message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may disconnect a calendar integration in your portal. Sellers may close their accounts from the Seller dashboard and Company Users from the Company portal, subject to their agreements.
9. Children
The Platform is for adults engaged in business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
10. Where Information Is Processed
Telure operates in the United States, builds Lists of United States businesses, and processes information in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version at telu.re/legal with a new version number and effective date and, for material changes, notify Sellers and Company Users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Adding any third-party advertising or analytics technology to the Platform, or beginning any sale or sharing of personal information, would be a material change requiring notice and an updated Policy before it takes effect.
