What to include

Your facility name, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and a screenshot if there is one. If it happened during a check, the approximate time helps — every entry is timestamped, so we can usually find the exact moment.

Quick answers first: the FAQ covers the questions we hear most — front-desk mode, offline capture, what happens to records if you cancel.

One thing support can never do: edit or delete a submitted record, for you or for us. Corrections are made as visible amendments — that constraint is the product, and it holds for our own staff too.

If the Service is unreachable, capture doesn’t have to stop: checks recorded on a device that’s offline sync when the connection returns, with both timestamps preserved. And your safety obligations never depend on our uptime — keep a fallback method for recording required work.
