What Telure is
A marketplace connecting companies in need of outbound with contracted sellers.
A company sets one price for a held meeting. A seller takes the contract, works its list, and is paid the payout they were shown on every booking the prospect confirms. No retainer fees or required subscriptions.
Two sides of one board
The company
Buys meetings, not hours.
Posts a price per held meeting and how many it wants. No seat to fill, no retainer, no agency minimum. Companies are not charged until the dispute window closes.
The seller
Sells the work they pick.
Takes a contract that suits their market and works its list by hand. No employer, no invoice to chase, their own schedule, and the rate on the contract is the rate that reaches them.
One contract, end to end
01
Posted
A company names the rate, the bar a meeting has to clear, and how many it wants.
02
Prepared
Telure builds the list from the description, and the deck from whatever material there is.
03
Taken
A seller claims the contract. Nothing is written but the claim.
04
Called
The seller works the list by hand, from a softphone, inside calling hours.
05
Held
The meeting happens. The seller is already paid, and the company is charged after the window.
Our fee
We retain 50% of the contract price as standard, and less for sellers who rate well.
The fee is retained from the price the company sets and is never charged on top. It pays sellers when the prospect confirms the booking, gives companies a 48 hour dispute window after the meeting, and covers do-not-call compliance and the lists our sellers call from.
The seller earns
$10,609
A month at that pace
The company pays
$21,217
For the same month of meetings
For companies: why pay more than the minimum? A contract trickles down the board by seller rating, so paying more a meeting means quicker results and more capable sellers.
What holds it together
Verification
Invite only. A seller signs the Seller Agreement, authorizes a background check under the FCRA, and finishes Stripe onboarding before the first call. The screening itself is not running yet, and this page says so until it is.
Ratings and first pick
A rating is earned on real calls and buys a head start on new contracts and a lower fee, so a higher-rated seller keeps more of the same price. Every contract reaches every seller eventually.
The qualification bar
Written into the contract rather than implied, so a meeting either clears it or is disputable against it.
The record
Every call keeps the route it took: which card was read, what was answered, and how it ended.
